Any machine where the design incorporates moving or rotating elements is creating imbalance forces known as vibration. BSB (PDF)The AMC Mecanocaucho® BSB mounts are antivibration elements which work the rubber in shear and compression with an optimal ratio of stiffness and horizontal stability. These mounts are really interesting when stability is a priority in an antivibration suspension.
BRB (PDF)The AMC Mecanocaucho® BRB mounts are antivibration elements which work the rubber in shear and compression. Their tall height section produces large deflections, low natural frequencies, and excellent vibration isolation results greater than the BSB.
BRT (PDF)The AMC Mecanocaucho® BRT mounts have an architecture similar to BSB and BRB. However it is possible to attach it to the wall or even the ceiling.
MD (PDF)The AMC Mecanocaucho® MD mounts have similar architecture to the BSB and BRB. The advantage of this mount is that it is a high-damping elastic compound.
MF (PDF)The AMC Mecanocaucho® MF Marine mounts are ideal for mobile applications thanks to their rugged architecture. Their special design offers different stiffness levels on the three axes. They are antivibration mounts with great vertical elasticity, great longitudinal stiffness and optimal lateral stiffness to offer extra isolation on this axe.
Marin XD (PDF)The AMC Mecanocaucho® Marine XD type mounts are ideal for mobile applications where a higher degree of isolation is required.

DSD (PDF)The AMC Mecanocaucho® DSD mounts provide excellent radial and axial flexibility making them most suitable for the suspension of machines where isolation of both vertical and horizontal vibration components occurs.
SN (PDF)The AMC Mecanocaucho® SN mount is a support used in multiple applications, but primarily in marine engines whose excitation frequency is less than or close to 1000 rev/min.

The AMC Mecanocaucho® Cylindrical / Bobbin Trapezoid & Annular mounts are devices for making elastic anchors or fixings. They can be used in a wide variety of applications, particularly for elastic suspensions and antivibration isolation of machines and different mechanical and electrical equipment.
Buffer & Bumper (PDF)The AMC Mecanocaucho® Buffer & Bumper mounts are used as ends of stroke or to stop moving parts that give rise to very high stresses at the time of the impact and therefore to rapid deterioration, accompanied by an often unacceptable noise, particularly when these impacts are repeated periodically.
Cone (PDF)The AMC Mecanocaucho® Cone mount works the rubber in shear compression. It is composed of two parallel conical metal parts with double vulcanisation. It has two washers, one as an anti-rebound buffer and the other one for centering.
Hydraulic (PDF)The AMC Mecanocaucho® Hydraulic Cone mount combines a spring and a hydraulic damper in a single compact unit that allows tuning of the spring and damper independently.

Flange Cone (PDF)The AMC Mecanocaucho® Flange cone mount works the elastomer in shear compression. It is comprised of a high strength external metal armour and a conical internal that is placed concentrically.
CB (PDF)The AMC Mecanocaucho® CB mounts are installed in pairs. Installation is simplified as both mounts are fixed with one through bolt and a washer at each end. The CB mounts have a metal flange that protects the mounts from friction and deterioration possible in their location.
TF (PDF)The Pascalex® TF mounts are installed in pairs. Installation is simplified as both mounts are fixed with one through bolt and a washer at each end. The TF mounts have a metal flange that protects the mounts from friction and deterioration possible in their location.
SCH (PDF)The AMC Mecanocaucho® SCH mount is made of two rubbers parts, one of which bears an inside metal bushing which acts as a guide through the machine anchoring screw. This series is also available with a reinforcement flange to overcome the problems of tearing due to friction on sharp edges.
SCHR (PDF)The AMC Mecanocaucho® SCHR mount is made of two rubbers parts, one of which bears an inside metal bushing which acts as a guide through the machine anchoring screw. This series is provided with a reinforcing ring to overcome the friction tearing problems due to too sharp edges. Due to their design and assembly they provide an anti-rebound effect, thus providing Fail Safe assembly.
SCB (PDF)The AMC Mecanocaucho® SCB mount is composed of elements that work on compression due to their design and assembly. They also provide an anti-rebound effect, thus permitting safety assemblies.
SCBR (PDF)The AMC Mecanocaucho® SCBR mount is made of two rubbers parts, one of which bears an inside metal bushing which acts as a guide through the machine anchoring screw. This series is provided with a reinforcing ring to overcome the friction tearing problems due to too sharp edges. Due to their design and assembly they provide an anti-rebound effect, thus providing Fail Safe assembly.
Cabin Mount (PDF)The AMC Mecanocaucho® Cabin mount is composed of two main metal parts. Both metal parts are vulcanized to a high resilient rubber for optimum vibration isolation.
NP (PDF)The AMC Mecanocaucho® NP mount is composed of a metallic flange and a bushing that are bonded to a high resilient rubber compound.
Articulation (PDF)The AMC Mecanocaucho® Articulation joint sleeve bushing consists of two concentric steel tubing and a double vulcanization of the rubber.
Excentric Articulation (PDF)The AMC Mecanocaucho® Excentric Articulation joint sleeve bushing has a high excentric rubber section moved up to a radial plane. These joints allow important radial deflection.
SH (PDF)The AMC Mecanocaucho® SH mount consists of two heavy duty square outer steel plates with corner hole fixation, fully vulcanized to a circular profiled rubber, layers separated by interleaf steel plates.
VD (PDF)The AMC Mecanocaucho® VD mount works the elastomer in shear compression. It is comprised of 2 metal parts which allow it to be installed with its two built-in screws.
V Marine Mount (PDF)The AMC Mecanocaucho® V-shaped Marine mount works the rubber section in shear compression. It is comprised of 2 metal parts which permit its installation by means of a screw at the top and two holes for securing it to the chassis. Ideal for small marine propulsion engines.
Generator Mount (PDF)The AMC Mecanocaucho® Generator mount is comprised of two symmetrically tilted metal parts with a screw on each side.
SPS (PDF)The AMC Mecanocaucho® SPS mount is comprised of two pressed metal parts. A cup shaped top cap and a pressed steel inverted cup shaped base. Two moulded rubber sections are assembled to the metal parts and secured by means of a swaged centre insert which is threaded.
ATP (PDF)The AMC Mecanocaucho® ATP mount has been designed to provide effective vibration isolation of medium to high frequency applications in a variety of industrial machinery gen sets, motor pumps, motor compressors, hydraulic units, etc.
AT (PDF)The AMC Mecanocaucho® AT mount is specifically designed to provide isolation for medium to high frequency applications. The rubber section is fully vulcanized to two concentric tubular parts. The inner metal is a plain tube design. The outer metal part is also mainly tubular but has a flanged effect at one end with a variation in the number of attachment holes.
Transformer Mount (PDF)The AMC Mecanocaucho® Transformer mount combines a spring and a damper in a single compact unit. This mount is particularly useful for transformer or equipment on casters where isolation is needed.
Heavy Load Mount (PDF)The AMC Mecanocaucho® Heavy Load Mount mounts are design for high load capacity.
Leveling Machine Mount (PDF)The AMC Mecanocaucho® Leveling mounts are used in cases where light or heavy machines should not be fixed to the floor or ground. The height adjustment system can be used to adjust the machines to the required level, thus insulating from vibrations and reducing noise. These leveling mounts come with a tilting system allowing optimum adaptation to all surfaces.

Elastic Coupling (PDF)The AMC Mecanocaucho® Elastic coupling mount is used to transmit torque to an input shaft that drives an output shaft. Elastic coupling is needed when machines are mounted on antivibration mounts.
Elastomeric Spring (PDF)The AMC Mecanocaucho® Elastomeric Spring antivibration mounts are ideal for those applications where high vibration isolation is required. Its specific design allows this mount to have high deflection . This feature is particularly useful on those applications where vibration in the vertical sense is predominant.
