This vibration can lead to several issues, including a reduced machine lifespan due to component fatigue, as well as the transmission of vibrations to nearby structures, potentially causing structural noise and unwanted vibrations. To mitigate these effects, it is essential to install springs beneath the machines. These mounts, equipped with mechanical anchoring systems, ensure secure fixation for static applications while providing effective low-frequency vibration isolation. Thanks to their high static deflections, they offer exceptionally low natural frequencies.

The VT-NT Ceiling Isolators AMC-Mecanocaucho® offer natural frequencies ranging from 5Hz to 3Hz. This range is specifically designed for the suspension of acoustic false ceilings and for machines operating at speeds of 450 RPM or higher. Manufactured with a high-performance mechanical spring, these isolators incorporate a rubber washer to eliminate “acoustic bridges” and prevent contact with a misaligned threaded steel rod. Their robust metal structure is coated with a bichromate electrolytic layer, ensuring high durability and resistance.
