HI-SEC

The AMC-Mecanocaucho® HI-SEC height adjustment system is designed to provide precise leveling adjustment while ensuring corrosion protection thanks to its DIN 50691/ISO 2081-compliant coating. However, DNV regulations for ships and high-speed vessels (January 2016 Edition, Part 4, Chapter 3, Section 1, F202) state that standard height adjusters are not suitable for dynamic loads due to cyclic bending moments. Therefore, leveling must be performed using SHIM plates, the recommended method by AMC-Mecanocaucho®. The HI-SEC system is recommended only for applications requiring a maximum adjustment of 5mm to 10mm, depending on the model, but it does not meet the requirements of naval classification bodies. It allows for precise adjustments with a fine-threaded M70 section.

Their design simplifies installation thanks to a removable Sylomer® section and a single fixing hole. Automatic preloading is achieved by tightening the bolt until the housing firmly contacts the base. Perfectly suited for both static and dynamic applications, these mounts provide excellent acoustic isolation, corrosion protection, and multidirectional mounting capabilities. Additionally, their robust construction ensures maintenance-free operation with no premature aging.
FZ Sylomer®

The AMC-Mecanocaucho® FZ Sylomer® anti-vibration mounts are designed with a Sylomer® elastic element. Their internal structure features two metal reinforcements encased in this elastic material. The external reinforcement includes four mounting holes, ensuring a secure anchoring to the chassis. Its diameter, larger than the external reinforcement, enhances mechanical resistance against tearing forces. For mobile applications, the FZ Sylomer® mount integrates a washer that acts as a fail-safe system, effectively limiting upward vertical movement in case of tensile shocks. Thanks to its robust metal construction, this mount is especially suited for off-road applications. Its corrosion-resistant metal components also make it ideal for outdoor use. Lastly, the Sylomer® polyurethane provides excellent resistance to oils and functions efficiently within a temperature range of -30°C to 70°C.
