The AMC-Mecanocaucho® Sylomer® anti-vibration mounts provide an innovative solution for the vibration isolation of equipment that needs to be decoupled from surrounding structures. The Sylomer® mounts are made of steel or aluminum, combined with Sylomer®, a microcellular polyurethane specifically developed for vibration absorption and energy dissipation. The Sylomer® Pad AMC-Mecanocaucho® is designed to reduce the transmission of noise and vibrations through solid structures by utilizing Sylomer® elastic elements. Its main advantage lies in offering a unique and versatile solution suitable for various types of machinery. Laser-cut for precision, the pieces are made from Sylomer®, a high-performance engineering material known for its outstanding mechanical and elastic properties, ensuring effective noise and vibration isolation. Its microcellular structure provides excellent absorption with minimal static deflection. Available in five different densities, Sylomer® adapts to various specific load requirements. Additionally, the ability to easily cut the necessary number of pieces based on the load, with 50mm x 50mm pads, makes this product highly flexible and suitable for a wide range of machines.

The FZ + Sylomer® AMC-Mecanocaucho® anti-vibration mounts are designed with a Sylomer® elastic element. Their internal structure features two metal reinforcements encased in this elastic material. The external reinforcement includes four mounting holes, ensuring a secure anchoring to the chassis. Its diameter, larger than the external reinforcement, enhances mechanical resistance against tearing forces. For mobile applications, the FZ + Sylomer® mount integrates a washer that acts as a fail-safe system, effectively limiting upward vertical movement in case of tensile shocks. Thanks to its robust metal construction, this mount is especially suited for off-road applications. Its corrosion-resistant metal components also make it ideal for outdoor use. Lastly, the Sylomer® polyurethane provides excellent resistance to oils and functions efficiently within a temperature range of -30°C to 70°C.

The Levelling Machine Mounts + Sylomer® AMC Mecanocaucho® are a range of supports designed to withstand heavy loads. To ensure durability, they incorporate a unique high-density Sylomer® polyurethane blend. This material offers superior resistance compared to nitrile rubber when exposed to oils, solvents, acids, and bases. To meet the demands of high-load applications, AMC-Mecanocaucho® has developed a new range of machine feet mounts that combine strength and long-lasting performance.

The TSR + Sylomer® AMC-Mecanocaucho® anti-vibration mounts feature a resilient Sylomer® based polyurethane, specifically designed for vibration isolation applications. These mounts can be mechanically fixed using a central threaded hole, which is welded to the metal component treated with an anti-corrosion coating compliant with RoHS standards. The top part of the mount is equipped with a synthetic Neoprene (CR) rubber plate, providing a non-slip surface for applications where mechanical fixation is not feasible. Additionally, this Neoprene plate enhances corrosion protection and offers resistance to UV rays and ozone for outdoor use.

The FZH + Sylomer® AMC-Mecanocaucho® anti-vibration mounts are designed to isolate a concrete slab using mounts that can elevate it. The elevation process takes place once the slab has fully dried. These mounts incorporate Sylomer® polyurethane elastomer, a material with mechanical and elastic properties specifically suited for this type of application. They can be manufactured with different Sylomer® densities to ensure an optimal natural frequency based on specific requirements. The adjustment system is both simple and effective. For a reinforced concrete slab, the recommended spacing between mounts is 0.9 meters.
